摘要
研究了S 亚硝基谷胱甘肽 (GSNO)对偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN)引发亚油酸过氧化和苯乙烯聚合的抑制作用 .GSNO的抑制作用可能归结为反应中生成的氮氧自由基的抑制活性 .EPR证据表明 ,含有AIBN和GSNO的DMSO溶液在无氧和 5 0℃下 ,生成了谷胱甘肽巯基 ,2 氰基 2 丙基氮氧自由基 .
S-Nitrosoglutathione (GSNO) exhibits inhibition effect on linoleic acid peroxidation and on styrene polymerization, using 2,2′-azobisisbutylnitrile (AIBN) as the initiator. Heating a solution of GSNO and AIBN in DMSO under argon produced an EPR signal, which was attributed to glutathiyl 2-cyano-2-propyl aminoxyl radical by comparison with the EPR spectrum obtained with a solution of NO and AIBN under the same experimental conditions. The results suggested that GSNO was converted to an aminoxyl radical and acted as such in the inhibition experiments.
