Preparation of Gd _3Ga_5O_(12 )(GGG) Polycrystalline Material by Liquid-phase Co-deposition Synthesis Method

摘要 采用液相共沉淀的方法制备了钆镓石榴石(GGG)的多晶原料,给出了液相合成GGG多晶料的工艺步骤及其条件.就组分Gd2O3和Ga2O3的配比,滴定氧化物溶解的混合溶液使其沉淀的pH值,共沉淀后烧结温度以及烧结时间等影响GGG多晶料合成的重要因素进行了讨论.通过和固相合成GGG多晶料的条件比较可知,液相合成GGG多晶原料的工艺具有合成的GGG多晶料均匀充分、合成温度低与烧结时间短等优点. A gadolinium gallium garnet (Gd3Ga5O12,GGG) polycrystalline material was prepared by a liquid-phase co-deposited synthesis method. The optimized procedure and the conditions for preparing the GGG polycrystalline material by the liquid-phase method were reported. The effects of the compositional proportion of Gd2O3 and Ga2O3, pH value of titration, synthesis temperature and sintering time on preparing GGG polycrystalline powders were also discussed. By comparison with the preparation of GGG polycrystalline material by solid-state reaction process, the liquid-phase synthesis method possesses the merits of lower synthesis temperature and shorter sintering time. At the same time, the GGG polycrystalline material prepared by the liquid-phase co-deposited method has high uniformity and exact stoichiometric composition.
