摘要
本文同时考虑了电子与LO声子及电子与表面光学(SO)声子两种相互作用,采用Lee-Low-Pines变分法,导出了极性膜内极化子有效质量随温度变化的关系式,并以GaAs晶体为例进行了数值计算和讨论.
With both the electron-LO phonon and the electron-SO phonon interaction included, the temperature dependence of the polaron's effective mass in a polar crystal slab is derived by means of Lee-Low-Pines variation method. Taking GaAs crystal as an example, the numer(?)cal calculation and discussion are made.
