摘要
黑龙江国有重点煤炭企业资本运营面临的问题是不良资产增多,债务负担沉重,依靠自己经营难以营造足够先进流量。针对黑龙江国有重点煤炭企业资本运营的发展现状,提出资本运营的总体构想和实现资本良性循环的必要条件。
The major state coal enterprises in Heilongjiang Province are faced with such serious problems in capital operation as the increasing harmful assets and the heavy debts so that it is very difficult to ensure enough cash flows by themselves. In accordance with the current situation of the capital operation of the major state coal enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,this article presents a overall conception of capital management,and puts forward essential conditions to realize the benign capital circulation.
