摘要
在工业电炉的控制过程中,由于被控参数具有时变、非线性、不确定等因素,常规PID控制算法难以满足控制要求。本文采用模糊PID算法实现对工业电炉的控制,利用模糊推理在线整定PID控制器的三个参数K_p、K_i、K_d。实际运行结果表明,该控制器取得了较好的快速性和稳定性。
Ih this paper, the application of a Fuzzy-PID controller in industrial stove is discussed. Bytuning the three parameters K_p, K_i,K_d on line the Fuzzy-PID controller has better response rate and stabilityproperty than the general PID controller.Which can be indicated from the experiment result.
