摘要
用 30个随机引物对来自不同地区的 2份小粉瘤菌 (Lycogalaexiguum )样品进行RAPD扩增。结果表明 :所研究的小粉瘤菌的 2个样品存在广泛的遗传多样性。
Two samples representing Lycogala exiguum from two geographic origins were amplified by using 30 random primers. The banding patterns from RAPD markers suggest that there exists wide genetic diversity in the 2 samples of L. exiguum.
