“胶乳法”氯化天然橡胶干燥过程水分传递特性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 用热重方法研究了“胶乳法”氯化天然橡胶颗粒干燥过程中的水分传递规律。结果表明,含水量和干燥温度对物料水分扩散系数有显著影响,粒度和空气流量对扩散系数影响不大。干燥过程中扩散系数随着水分减少而增加;水分内部扩散系数为0.005~0.05mm2/min。扩散系数随温度增大而呈指数增加。 The moisture diffusion features in chlorinated natural rubber granules during their dryi ng process were studied by using thermogravity(TG)techniques.The results showed th at inf luences of moisture content and drying temperature on the diffusion coefficient were signifi ca nt,but infl uences of granularity and air flux were little.Diffusion coefficient increased with the redu ction of moisture cont ent.Diffusion coefficient value varied in the range of 0.0050.05mm 2 /min and increased with the increase of the drying temperature exponentially.
