传媒业竞争越来越激烈,对传媒人的知识结构要求越来越全面。一个好的传播者要有很强的沟通能力,并在沟通中表现出极佳的状态。要做一个热心的倾听者,对自己的采访工作要有一个高要求。
In the field of mass media, the competition becomes increasingly heated. Therefore, a more comprehensiveKnowledge makeup is required. A qualified disseminator should possess the ability of communicating. While communicat-ing, as a listener, he or she should get used to the circumstances and exploit his or her advantages to the full. A high stan-dard of covering and interviewing should be maintained.
