摘要
本文报导了93例尸体肝脏肝管的长度、外径和相关危的观测结果,左肝管较右肝管为长(P<0.001);左、右肝管的外径近似(P>0.5),左、右肝管与肝总管的分离角相比,无显著性差异(P>0.5).而左、右肝管与身体正中线的平行线之间的夹角,经同体配对比较,t=4.5336(P<0.001),有高度显著性差异,肝管的形态学差异,似与临床上左肝管结石多见有关.
The length,outer diameter and relevent angles of the left,right and common hepatic ducts were observed in 93 cadavers.It is found that the left hepatic duct is longer than the right one(P<0.001),but the outer diameter of both left and right hepatic ducts are similar (P>0.5).The angle between the common hepatic duct and right hepatic duct is approximitely the same as that of the left(P>0.5).By paired comparison in the same body,it is reuealed that the angle of the left hepatic duct with the line parallel to middle-line of human body is significantly different from that of the right one.Such morphological difference of hepatic ducts may be related to the bile stone formation in the left hepatic duct.
