摘要
用组织学及组织化学方法对 SD 大鼠甲状腺的增龄性变化进行了观察.结果见15月龄及20月龄大鼠甲状腺被膜增厚,脂肪增多,滤泡腔缩小或消失.滤泡间结缔组织增加,细胞分裂相减少,滤泡腔中呈现由胶体形成的均质无结构的圆形小体.ATPase 活性增高,AKP、5-Nase未呈现增龄变化.ACP、NSE、SDH 及 LDH 活性减弱,这些变化与甲状腺功能的降低是一致的.
Thirty-two SD rats were divided into four groups:3 months(young),8 months(adult),15 months(presenium) and 20 months(old)and their age-related changes of thyroid gland were observated with histological and histochemical methods.In the 15 and 20 months groups,the capsules of thyroid gland thickened,the follicle lumen shrunk or vanished,the interfollicular connective tissue and the fat cells increased apparently,The mitotic figures of the follicle cells in thyroid gland decreased obviously and some Follicle lumen contained homogeneous spherical corpuscles which were concentrated from the colloid.The activity of ATPase enhanced with ageing of the rats,and no obvious changes was found in AKP and 5-Nase,but the activities of ACP,NSE,SDH and LDH reduced.This re- sult indicates that the morphological changes are identical with the lowering of the thyroid function.
