摘要
在《资本论》中马克思关于贫困问题的分析 ,是从制度角度进行的。其主要内容包括 :导致无产者贫困根源及对剥削秘密的科学揭示、无产者贫困积累规律及改变贫困命运的途径分析和关于未来社会消灭贫困、实现人类共同富裕的构想。尽管在不同历史阶段、贫困性质存在着差异 ,但马克思主义反贫困理论的立场、观点、方法对我国转型期贫困理论与反贫困实践均具有重要的指导意义。
In Das Kapital,Marx analyzed the poverty issue from the view of institution.His analysis included the followings:Finding out the deep-rooted reasons which leaded to the poverty of the proletariat and revealing the secrets of exploitation,the law of poverty accumulation of proletariat and the way to change pauperization,the conception about future society in which common well-to-do would exist and no proverty lie.Surely,the nature of poverty is diverse in different historic stage,but we have to acknowledge that Marxist anti-poverty theory still has significant guiding function to our practice in reform stage.
