摘要
中国电力工业正经历着一场自上而下的革命,将打破原先的垄断局面,走市场化之路。在电力市场中各电力交易方都是平等互利的实体,电力交易本着公平、公正、公开的原则进行,从而建立有序的电力交易市场。本文就采用电子商务进行电力市场交易的模式进行了探讨:分析电子商务交易的优点;在多区域电力交易中的应用;在电力交易各个组成部分中的体现。利用电子商务进行电力市场交易不但具有快捷、实时、方便等优点,而且更加经济,节约电力交易成本,使电力真正走向市场化。
Electricity industry in China is experiencing a revolution deeply, and will break the monopolized complexion, making for electricity market. In electricity market, all business participants are the equality entity. Electricity business should be taken by the discipline of justice, impartiality, and publicity and erects the intentional electricity business market. This paper mainly talks about the electricity market business based on E commerce. It also analyzes the merit of business based E commerce and of the application to Multi region electricity business. It can be applied to every part of electricity business. It can be concluded that electricity market business based on E commerce not only has the merit of shortcut, real time, facility, but also can economize the cost of electricity business and make for the electricity market.
