摘要
用一种高分子薄膜电容式湿度传感器作为测量系统的感湿元件实现 SF6气体中微水含量的在线测量 ,并通过温度补偿、曲线拟合等方法提高测量的准确性。模拟试验结果表明 :研究的在线监测系统能反映 SF6气体中微水含量的变化 。
This paper studies on line monitoring of moisture content in SF6 by high molecule film capacitor humidity sensor. Meanwhile the temperature compensation and curve fitting are applied to ensure the precision of measurement. The simulated experiment results show that the on line monitoring system can represent the variation of moisture content in SF6 and provide good technique for on line monitoring system.
