摘要
N12 5MW汽轮机采用二个转子、三个轴承支承 ,中间用刚性靠背轮联接 ,对其中心要求较高 ,由于轴系较长 ,找中心难度较大。南昌电厂 11号机投产初期先后发生过轴瓦振动 ,稳定性差 ,油温偏高 ,磨瓦、脱胎等问题。本文就轴瓦检修工艺、寻找中心等相关问题进行了讨论。
N125MW steam turbine adopt two rotors, three bearings. It connect with rigid opposite wheels in the middle. Because the bearing is more long , it is more difficult for centering. These problems have been happened at the beginning of generate electricity in Nanchang power plant, For example bearing pad vibration, stability worse, oil temperature higher, bearing pad wear and falling off, etc. This paper analyses these problems, and advances projects about bearing pad service workmanship, centering technology etc.
