摘要
沧州热电工程在机组出力不匹配、设备问题比较严重的情况下 ,经过精心调整 ,消除了主要设备缺陷 ,保证了机组的正常运行和热用户的正常生产。本工程运行方式的特殊性及调整试运中常规问题的处理方式 ,可为其它工程供热机组选型和调整提供参考。
The operating mode of cogeneration units in Cangzhou Cogeneration Project is comparatively complicated. Capacities of units are not matching with each other and their equipment exist relatively serious problems. Under this situation, through careful tuning major defects of equipment are eliminated, thus ensuring the normal production of heat customers and the normal operation of power generation units. The special operating mode and the treatment of problems encountered in test and commissioning process can be a reference for unit selection and commissioning of other cogeneration project.
