摘要
基于Internet的FMS远程故障诊断技术,关键是建立基于网络的设备远程故障检测与诊断系统。而远程故障诊断可分为实时诊断和远程查询诊断模式,其中查询诊断模式又包括直接访问远程诊断中心网站专家系统和申请专家进行会诊两种。并提出了设备远程故障诊断系统的总体框架是以若干台中心计算机作为服务器,在企业的关键设备上建立状态监测点,采集设备状态数据;监测信息的流向为现场监测系统—企业局域网—国际互联网—远程诊断中心—诊断专家。所建立的长春55研究所FMS国家重点实验室的设备远程故障诊断实验系统,包括音频和视频信号等的数据传输,并应用了NetMeeting、LabVIEW等相关技术。
Based on the technique of remote fault diagnosis for FMS on Internet, the system for remote fault detect and diagnosis is established. The mode of remote diagnosis include remote required diagnosis mode and in-time diagnosis mode, and the first mode can be also divided into two methods, one is visit the website of RFDC (remote fault diagnosis center), the other is to use the expert system published on RFDC. The general framework of RFDS (Remote Fault Diagnosis System) is put forward, it is that several computers as server in RFDC, and status monitoring points is setup on key equipment of enterprise to acquire condition data; the information flow from monitoring system to LAN enterprise to WAN to RFDC and final to diagnosis expert in this paper. The test system of remote fault diagnosis for equipments of State Key Laboratory of FMS founded in No. 55 Research Institute in Changchun consists of the data transport of audio and video signal, NetMeeting and LabVIEW technique is used in this system
