摘要
介绍了一种应用线阵CCD测量柴油机曲轴臂距差的原理和方法 .讨论了光杠杆原理在此测量系统中的应用 ,并结合实际分析了系统产生非线性误差的原因 ,给出了此测量系统非线性的处理方法 .
A new principle and method of using linear CCD to measure vernier distance is submitted in this paper. The application of the optical lever in this measurement is discussed with emphisis. The cause of the nolinearing is analysed with pratice and its processing method is presented.
