摘要
高校科技成果转化是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及高校、企业、政府以及市场等多种因素。要解决高校科技成果转化供需脱节的问题,提高科技成果转化率,必须建立合理的分配机制以增强高校科技成果转化的动力。同时还要增强企业的创新意识,加强校企联合,并借助于政府的引导与支持,实现科技成果转化系统中的供应方、需求方与环境之间的协同与关联。
Transferring the achievements in science & technology from universities is a complex system engineering which involves many factors such as universities,enterprises,government,market and etc.In order to solve the problem that supply dislocates requirement in transferring the achievements in science & technology from universities and raise the rate of transfer,rational distributive mechanism must be established so as to strengthen the transferring power.In the meantime,enterprise’s innovation consciousness should be enhanced and the combination between universities and enterprises should be strengthened.Then with the government’s guide and support,coordination among providers,demanders and circumstances will be realized in the system of transferring the achievements in science & technology from universities.
