摘要
我国货币市场、资本市场在发展中存在着现实的缺陷,诸如:货币市场体系不统一,监管体系不规范等;资本市场规模小,结构不合理,投机性过强等等。因此,我们要大力发展货币市场,加快金融创新,配套改革,加大公开市场业务操作;同时,要更加完善资本市场,着重发展债券市场,以促进货币市场和资本市场的协调发展。
There exist actual drawbacks in the development of money market and capital market in China.They are as follows:ununiform capital market system,nonstandard scrutinizing system,small-scale capital market and its irrational structure,too strong profiteering tendencies.As a result we should develop money market,accelerate monetary innovation and relative reforms,strengthen open market operation;Meanwhile we should perfect capital market,and particularly develop bond market to promote the coordination and development of money and capital markets.
