簇群的知识共享机制和信任机制 被引量：66

摘要 由于当今世界知识的稀缺性、公共性和交易的日益复杂性 ,传统的市场或科层制均无法以较低的成本实现知识的生产、分配及交易需要。簇群是某一特定领域内相互联系的公司和机构在地理位置上的高度集中。它所具有的两种重要机制———知识共享机制和信任机制使它超越了市场 /价格和科层 /权威 ,可以充分地挖掘帕累托改进并在成员之间进行分配。所以 ,簇群是一种适应知识经济要求的面向未来的组织形态。
