摘要
利用XRD研究了硅灰石质高压电瓷的晶相组成,讨论了其晶相组成与性能的关系。研究结果表明:硅石灰质高压电瓷中有钙长石晶相形成,钙长石和硅灰石以适当比例构成主晶相时,瓷质性能较佳。
The componet of crystalline phase in Wollastonite high tension electroceramies was studied by weans of XRD.The relation of the componet of crystalline phase with the properties was discussed.The results show that anorthite exists in the electroceramies and when anouthite and -Wollastonite constitute main crystalline phase in a proper ratio.the properties If the electroceramies is better.
