摘要
借助于SEM、XRD等手段 ,系统研究了炻器亚光釉的形成机理和工艺条件。结果表明 :炻器亚光釉完全适宜于低温快烧的现代工艺制度 ,而影响釉面效果的主要因素有原料组成、粒度、配比、升温速度、保温时间、降温速率等。
In this paper,the growth mechanism and technology condition of stone china vellum glaze are studied systematically by means of SEM,XRD and etc.The results indicate that stone china vellum glaze suit for low-temperature quick firing of modernize technology condition and the key factor of effect the glaze surface are material competition,grain-size,containing,heating rate,duration of temperature keeping,cooling rate.
