摘要
分析了斯那姆氨汽提尿素装置生产消耗偏高、负荷低、操作稳定性差、产品质量有待提高等问题的原因 ,认为合成塔转化率、中压吸收塔效率低 ,中低压惰气回收系统回收能力不强、造粒喷头设计不佳是问题的主要原因 ,进而提出解决问题的技改方法。
The problems of higher production consumption, low load, poor operation stability and product quality in ammonia stripping urea plant were analyzed in this paper and the causes such as lower reactor conversion rate, poor MP absorber efficiency, not sufficient recovery capability of MP and LP inert gas recovery system, poor design of prilling basket were discussed and then resolving methods were put forward.
