摘要
从优化微观组织结构的角度,对制备高性能烧结NdFeB磁体的途径和技术的进展进行了阐述,包括:降低稀土钕含量,优化合金成分,片铸工艺,氢爆及防氧化处理。
This paper describes the approaches to optimizing the microstructure of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with high performances,including reducing the content of Nd,optimizing the composition of alloy,the technology of strip casting,hydrogen decrepitation and the treatment of antoxiding.
