摘要
提出了一种用神经网络技术构造激光切割加工工艺参数模型和建立加工参数自动选取系统的方法。利用CMAC神经网络算法 ,产生一个工艺参数自动选择器 ,将它嵌入到激光切割加工控制系统中 ,尤其适用于实时控制选取和改变加工工艺参数 。
This thesis put forward a method to build the laser cutting parameters model and set up the automatic select parameters system with artificial neural networks technology. And produce a automatic select parameters system with taking aavantage of CMAC(cerebellar model articulation controller) neural networks algorithm. Then put it into laser cutting control system. This method is especially suitable to control and select parameters and change them at all times then in order to improve the intelligence of control system and the flexibility of machining.
