摘要
以制取ZZnAlD41锌合金为例 ,介绍了压铸锌合金的开发情况 ,研究了合金熔制过程不同温度、工艺等因素对其熔损率的影响 ,探索出低温直接熔炼新工艺 ,具有经济。
This paper introduce the development of die-casting zinc alloys in a zinc hydrometallurgy plant by using ZZnAlD41. The effects of temperature and technology, etc, the smelting loss rate of alloys are examined.We develop a new technology to produce alloys at lower temperature.This method is economical,convenient,direct and practical.
