摘要
生测结果表明 ,拟青霉 (Paecilomycessp 961 0 )孢子悬液对菜青虫 (Pierisrapae)致死中浓度为 5 .90 2 4× 1 0 6 个 /mL。田间药效试验结果表明 ,用 1 .6× 1 0 7个 /mL和 1 .6×1 0 5 个 /mL拟青霉 961 0孢子悬液对菜青虫药后 7d的防效分别为 88.89%和 85 .1 9%。
The results of bioassay and field test showed that the lethality concentration of the LC 50 of Paecilomyce sp.9610 spore against Pieris rapae was 5.902 4×10 6/mL and the control efficacy of Paecilomyces9610 spore of 1.6×10 7/mL and 1.6×10 5/mL was respectively 88.89% and 85.19% at 7 d after applying.
