摘要
正确计算抽油机井的有效功率是计算抽油机井系统效率的关键。根据目前抽油机井有效功率计算方法所做的一些假设并按照抽油泵的仿真循环指示图 ,建立了计算抽油机井有效功率的新方法。通过对比分析 ,指出了目前有效功率的计算方法不适用于抽油机井井下多相流的实际问题 。
Accurate calculating of the effective horsepower of pumping unit is the key to calculating the pumping unit system efficiency. According to some assumptions done by the effective horsepower calculating methods of pumping unit at present and the simulation of the circulating indicator of the pump, a new method to calculate the effective horsepower of pumping unit is set up. Through comparison and analysis, the actual problem of effective horsepower calculating methods at present unfit to pumping unit downhole multiphase flow, as well as the necessary of studying the effective horsepower calculation methods of pumping unit again is indicated.
