摘要
入世伊始,我国企业的质量管理面临严峻的形势,与国外先进企业相比,在质量管理理念和方法两个方面都有较大差距。为了应对挑战,我国企业必须学习和借鉴国外先进经验,建立起包括质量保证机制、质量控制机制、质量协调机制、质量改进机制、质量创新机制为主要内容的企业质量管理运行机制,从而全面提升我国企业的质量管理水平。
After acceding to World Trade Organization, the enterprises of China are faced with the same grim situation in their quality management. Comparing with those advanced foreign units, there is a deep gap between Chinese enterprises and the foreign ones especially in the quality administration idea and practice. In order to meet the challenge, our enterprises must learn and draw lessons from the foreign ones. Hardly can we improve our overall quality administration level unless establishing reasonable quality control and operating mechanism, which mainly includes guaranteed mechanism, dominated mechanism, coordinated mechanism; improved mechanism and innovated mechanism of quality.
