摘要
中国传统文化是一个巨大的思想系统,其中所包涵的管理思想和管理智慧,尤其是以人为本,尚贤任能,刚健进取、崇德重义、注重和合、求是务实等根本理念,重视整体动态平衡的宏观战略思维,以及富有创意管理方法、管理技术,经过创造性转换,都可以对现代管理产生借鉴作用。
China traditional culture is one huge thought system, the management thought and management wisdom involved in its thought system especially represent the fundamental concepts for taking people as the essential, taking the lofty and prominent persons for the post, vigorous, energetic and enterprising, worship the virtue and value justice, attach importance to peace and combination, looking for the fact and deal with concrete matters relating to work, emphasizing the macro - strategic thought of the whole dynamic balance and creative management, management technology, through the creative change, all these can bring the experience - drawing functions on the modern management.
