胸腹水标本的细菌学特点及其耐药性观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨胸腹水标本的细菌学特点及其耐药性。方法 :对 1995年 1月~ 1999年 12月临床送检胸腹水标本细菌培养和药敏试验资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :16 82例胸腹水标本细菌培养阳性 2 76例 ,阳性率 16 .4% ,检出病原菌 32 7株。以铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌最多见 ,胸水标本 G+球菌与 G-杆菌构成比接近 ,腹水标本 G-杆菌占优势 (6 3.5 % ) ;4种主要病原菌对链霉素、庆大霉素、氨苄西林、羧苄西林、克林霉素耐药 ,亚胺培南、舒普深、美洛西林则显示敏感 ,其他抗菌药物呈现不同程度的耐药。结论 :加强胸腹水标本的细菌学检查 ,依据药敏试验合理使用抗菌药物 ,对胸腔腹腔感染的诊断与治疗具有重要价值。 Objective:To investigate bacteriological feature and drug-fast of bacteria in hydrothorax-peritoneum.Methods:The retrospective analysis of bacteria culture and drug-sensitive test in hydrothorax-pertoneum preparation collecting from 1995.1 to 1999.12 was done Results:the hydrothorax-peritoneum preparation have 1 682 cases,the bacteria culture positive have 276 case,positive rate was 16.4%,327 strains pathogenic bacteria were found P.aesuginosa, S. aureus,S.epidermidis,E.coli were seen most commonly.The composent of G + coccus and G - bacillus are almost equivalent in hydrothorax. G - bacillus's percentage is high(63.5%)in hydroperitonum.Four pathogenic bacteria have drug-fast to Streptomycin、Gentamycin、Ampicillin、Carbenicillin、Clindamycin,have drug-sensitive to Imipenem 、Sulperazon、Mezlacillin.The others were drug fast against clinical isolates in different degress.Conclusion:The bacteriological examining of hydrothorax-peritoneum must be done. Selecting bacteria-sensitive drug has a important value to diagnosing and treating infection of thoracic and abdominal cavity.
