摘要
目的 :初步探讨胡桃楸提取液对 Hela细胞的凋亡诱导作用。方法 :通过形态学观察 ,琼脂糖凝胶电泳及流式细胞术 (FCM)检测凋亡细胞。结果 :形态学观察发现核固缩、出现凋亡小体。琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见 DNA ladder条带。流式细胞仪检测有凋亡峰。结论 :胡桃楸提取液可诱导 Hela细胞凋亡。
Objective:To study the apoptosis of Hela cell induced by the extracts of Juglans Mandshurica. Methods: Apoptosis cells were detected with morphologic observation,DNA agarose electrophoresis and flow cytometry(FCM). Results:Characteristic morphologic features of apoptosis ,DNA ladders and apoptotic peak were observed.Conclusions:The extracts of Juglans Mandshurica can induce the apoptosis of Hela cell.
