摘要
目的 :分析 2种血清学诊断方法在斑疹伤寒诊断上的应用价值。方法 :采用外斐氏反应与补体结合实验联合测定。结果 :对 72例斑疹伤寒患者 ,在 1周内确诊率为 5 0 % ,3周内达 10 0 %。结论 :2种方法同时应用可以互相补充 ,对于临床上早期确诊斑疹伤寒及准确分型 ,及时采取正确预防手段具有一定价值。
Objective: To analyse the value of two tests used in the diagnosis of murine typhus. Methods: Complement Fixation (CF) test and Weil-Felix test. Results: 50% of 72 murine typhus suffers can be accurately diagnosed within a week, and 100% can be done within 3 weeks. Conclusion: The combination of two methods has great value in clinical diagnosis and classification of murine typhus. It can decrease misdiagnosis rate and gives correct preventive suggestion.
