摘要
目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、白细胞介素 (IL)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)对 2型糖尿病 β细胞胰岛素分泌功能的影响。方法 :测定 5 3例 2型糖尿病 (T2DM)及 30例健康人 (NGT)的IL - 1β、IL - 2、TNF -α、NO水平 ,分析其对 2型糖尿病 β细胞胰岛素分泌功能 (HBCI)的影响。结果 :2型糖尿病患者IL - 1β、TNF -α、NO较正常组显著增高 ,IL - 2显著下降 ,HBCI糖尿病组显著低于正常组。单相关分析显示IL - 1β、TNF -α、NO与HBCI呈显著负相关 ,IL - 1β、TNF -α与NO呈显著正相关 ,IL - 2与NO呈显著负相关。多元逐步回归分析显示IL - 1β为HBCI最为危险的因素。结论 :IL - 1β、IL - 2、TNF -α、NO在
Objective:To explore the effect of interleukin(IL),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitric oxide(NO) on islet insulin secretion in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:The level of NO?IL-1β?IL-2?TNF-α in 53 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and 30 healthy individuals(NGT) were determined,and their relationships to islet insulin secretion(HBCI) were analyzed.Results:The level of NO?IL-1β?TNF-α in T2DM group were significantly higher than that in NGT group,and IL-2 in T2DM group were significantly lower than that in NGT group.HBCI in T2DM group was significantly lower than that in NGT group.The single mutuality analysis showed that IL-1β?TNF-α?NO significantly negatively correlated with HBCI,IL-1β?TNF-α significantly positively correlated with NO,and IL-2 significantly negatively correlated with NO.Regulation analysis showed that IL-1β was the mast dangerous factor in HBCI.Conclusion:IL-1β?IL-2?TNF-α?NO have important effect on the development of T2DM.
