摘要
目的 :探讨胫骨中下段骨段缺损骨折的治疗方法。方法 :对 15例胫骨中下段骨段缺损骨折行截骨延长植骨内固定手术治疗。结果 :15例均在 15月内骨折愈合拆除内固定物 ,无肢体缩短、神经血管损伤等并发症。结论
Objective:To explore the treatment method for bone defect of the middle-inferior segment of tibia.Methods:Ostectomy,bone lengthening,grafting and internal fixation were applied in 15 patients with bone defect of the middle-inferior segment of tibia.Results:Fracture healing and elimination of internal fixture had been attained with 15 months in all 15 cases,such complication as shortening of extremites or injury of nerves or blood vessles and so on had not occured in all cases.Conclusions:Operative management of ostectamy bone lengthening and grafting and internal fixation is an effective and reliable treatment for bone defect of the middle-inferior segment of tibia.
