摘要
大学在其漫长的历史发展进程中,形成了不同类型与层次的大学理念和研究生培养模式。从各类大学理念的历史嬗变及由此所引发的研究生培养模式的变革与拓展来看,研究生培养模式必须以多样化的思想来构建实现。研究生培养模式多样化的基本思路包括:学位类型多样化、入学条件宽松化、导师指导多样化和学位要求弹性化。
In the historical development of universities, there emerged varieties of ideas of the university and training pat-terns of graduate. In this paper, we discuss the connotations of idea of the university and training pattern of graduate, and analyze the advancement of training pattern of graduate caused by the historical development of ideas of the university. According to the above, a new training pattern is constructed.
