摘要
本文对普通高校体育教学管理;课外体育活动的管理:体育场地、设施、器材的管理;竞赛方面的管理进行探讨,以提高管理者的决策水平和管理对象的工作能力,运用科学的管理手段与方式激发管理对象的聪明才智,提高工作效率和质量.
This paper aims at the physical administration in colleges or universities, discussing theadministration of physical exercises after class, the administration of sports grounds, sportsinstallations, sports equipment, and competitions. As a result, both the policy making level ofthe administrators and the working ability of the staff will be greatly improved. In fact, thescientific administrative means can help the people concerned work efficiently and effectively.
