摘要
澳大利亚职教以能力为本位 ,以市场为导向 ,优化专业结构 ,确定职教培养目标 ;制定严格的职业资格等级证书认证制度 ,采取灵活的培训方式 ;扩大学校办学自主权 ,推行多元化办学体制 ;以人为本 ,强化职教资源管理力度 ;建立职教市场化机制 ,实行职教与经济发展相结合政策 ;采取规模化、集团化办学形式 ,实施职教国际化战略等 。
Australia′s vocational education has characteristics in its own right with remarkable benefits.The main measures are to take ability as the foundation and market as the orientation,to optimize the structure of the specialties,to set up the goal of vocational training,to set strict authentication system of credentials,to adopt flexible training approaches,to strengthen the decision making power of schools,and to practice multi structure of running schools.The vocational education takes people as the subject,strengthens the management of resources of vocational education,uses markeet mechanism as the key link,carries out the vocational education policy of combining vocational education with economic development,adopts the large scale group forms to run schools,and practises internationalized strategy,etc.
