乳酸链球菌和BF芽孢杆菌对抗菌素的反应

摘要 本文选用链霉素、青霉素、头孢唑啉钠等抗菌素及苯酚作为抑制剂 ,在不同浓度、不同PH条件下分别进行试验 ,观察它们对乳酸链球菌和BF杆菌的反应 .结果发现 :在PH为 7.0、链霉素的浓度为 5 0 0 μg ml时 ,乳酸链球菌能正常生长 ,而BF杆菌生长受到抑制 ;青霉素浓度为 10 0 0 μg ml时对乳酸链球菌的抑制作用相当小 ,对BF杆菌有较强的抑制作用 ;头孢唑啉钠浓度为 5 0 0 μg ml时对乳酸链球菌的抑制作用较小 ,对BF杆菌有较强的抑制作用 . The anti-bacterial such as streptomycin, penicillin and cephazolin and phenol are served as inhibitors and used respectively in experiments in different concentration and different PH conditions to seek their responses to streptococcus lactis and BF. The result is discovered that streptococcus lactis can grow normally, but the growth of BF is inhibited at PH 7.0 and the concentration of streptomycin reaching 500ug/ml; at the concentration of penicillin reaching 1000ug/ml, it inhibits streptococcus lactis quite weakly, but represses BF strongly. At the density of cephazolin reaching 500ug/ml, it inhibits streptococcus lactis weakly, but represses BF strongly. This essay provides theoretical basis for the separation of streptococcus lactis and BF and the selection of proper inhibitors in production and its concerning PH conditions.
