摘要
分析国内大学与世界一流大学在师资力量、人才质量、学科建设、科研水平、管理体制等方面存在的诸多差距 ,可以看出 :创建世界一流大学是一个动态的目标渐进过程 ,必须有强大的国力、创新的观点、独立的运作机制等条件的支撑。
By analyzing the differences between domestic universities and the world first class universities in the aspects of teachers, talents, subject construction, scientific research and administration system, we have realized that the establishment of a world first class university is a dynamic step by step process which demands the support of a solid national strength, enterprising spirit and an independent operating mechanism.
