文章主要探讨了文科学报编辑要充分利用计算机网络技术的重要性和必要性 ,即对提升学报质量、促其步入现代化发展有着不可替代的作用。对如何将计算机网络技术运用于文科学报工作实践 。
The significance and necessity of utilizing network technology among social science journals are discussed in the paper. The role is irreplaceable as for lifting the quality of the journals. What's more, specific proposals are produced on how to apply this technology.
