摘要
经济结构和经济政策在构造中国地区间经济增长不均衡机制中发挥了重要作用。开放实践中的技术扩散通过经济结构的变化和生产率提升幅度的差异 ,影响地区经济不平衡增长的发展趋势。本文就技术扩散的方法、重点。
Economic structure and economic policies have played an important role in making up non-equilibrium economic growth mechanism among various regions of China. Regions' economic structure and productivity changes in the process of China's reform and opening-up by means of technology diffusion, which result in non-equilibrium economic growth among various regions in practice. This paper has discussed methods, keys, co-ordination and relative policies of technology diffusion.
