摘要
缺氧缺血性脑病是新生儿期危害性最大的疾病之一。该病常造成新生儿早期死亡或永久性脑损伤 ,是引起儿童癫痫、智力低下及脑瘫的主要原因之一。对缺氧缺血性脑病的早期诊断和治疗非常重要 。
Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is one of the severest diseases in neonatal period.It often causes the early death of neonate and permanency brain injury.The childhood epilepsy,low intelligence as well as cerebral palsy may result from this disease.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment of HIE is very impartant.This article reviews the progress on diagnosis and treatmeat of HIE.
