摘要
临床上突聋患者病因不甚明确 ,突聋伴眩晕、平衡障碍者治疗效果不甚满意 ,因外淋巴瘘引起听力平衡障碍者 ,经手术治疗有一定疗效 ,笔者就外淋巴瘘病因。
The cause of sudden hearing loss is uncertain.The treatment of sudden hearing loss companied with vertigo and balance disorder is difficult to get the satisfied effect.Patients with hearing loss and balance disorder caused by perilymphatic fistula can be cured in some way with surgical operation.This article reviews the causes,diagnosis and treatment of perilymphatic fistula.
