摘要
目的 :探讨宫颈糜烂合并宫颈分泌物检测沙眼衣原体 (CT)或 (和 )解脲支原体 (uu)阳性患者的治疗。方法 :采用DNA分子杂交技术对 1 78例宫颈中、重度糜烂患者进行宫颈分泌物检测 CT和 uu,检测出阳性 1 0 6例 ,对此 1 0 6随机分组治疗 :治疗组 59例 ,采用局部物理治疗加口服阿奇霉素类药物 ;对照组 47例 ,采用局部物理治疗。结果 :治疗组中度、重度宫颈糜烂的有效率均明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体是引起宫颈糜烂的一种因素 ,宫颈糜烂合并 CT或
Objective:To explore the method of treatment for erosion of cervix combined with the infection of chlamydia trachomatis and ureal mycoplasma.Methods:Chlamydia trachomatis and ureal mycoplasma were detected by DNA molecular hybridization technique in cervix secretion in 178 cases. 106 cases who showed the positive,were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, including 59 cases,was treated by local physical therapy combined with Azithromycin. The control group, including 49 cases, was treated only by local physical therapy.Results:The effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The infection of chlamydia trachomatis and ureal mycoplasma may be one of the factors, which cause the erosion of cervix. For the treatment of erosion of cervix combined with infection of chlamydia trachomatis or ureal mycoplasma, antibiotic such as azithromycin should be used.
