摘要
目的 :观察氢化麦角碱注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的疗效。方法 :将 1 0 0例 DPN患者随机分为 2组 ,在基础治疗相同的情况下 ,治疗组 60例采用氢化麦角碱注射治疗 ,对照组 40例采用复方丹参注射液治疗。两组患者均连续用药 1个月。观察氢化麦角碱对 DPN患者肌电图的影响。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 83.33% ,对照组为 57.50 %(P<0 .0 1 )。在改善患者肌电图方面 ,治疗组亦优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :氢化麦角碱治疗
Objective:To investigate the effects of stofilan in injection on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:100 cases with DPN were randomly divided into two groups.Under the same basic treatment,the treatment group with 60 cases were treated with stofilan and the another 40 cases were treated with methanesulfonate.The treatment course was one month for the two groups.The effect of stofilan on the electromyography was observed.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 83.33% and 57.50%,respectively.The comparison proved the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P <0.01).In addition,the treatment group gained better results in improving patients' electromyography ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Stofilan has a good effect in DPN remedy.
