通过对 ND5机车柴油机连杆的解剖和国内外机车柴油机连杆性能的综合分析对比 ,说明了在 ND5机车柴油机连杆国产化的过程中 ,选材应以提高材料强度和韧、塑性 ,进而提高断裂韧性为设计指导思想 ,同时确定了国产化
Through dissection analysis of imported ND 5 connecting rod and properties comparsion of domestic made and foreign made connecting rods,the paper reveals the design guideline that material selection should be based on improving strength, toughness and plasticity so as to enhance rupture toughness. The paper also determines the selected materials and appropriate mechanical property indexes for local production of connecting rods for ND 5 locomotive diesel engine.
