皮腔技术在过敏性疾病研究中的应用
摘要
过敏性疾病发病机制复杂 ,以往针刺试验、皮内试验等只能对过敏性疾病的致敏原进行检测 ,而体外实验易受其它因素的干扰。皮腔技术作为一种体内的研究方法 ,可以在不同时相定量观察过敏反应蛋白、细胞成分、炎症介质释放的改变 ,是过敏性疾病发病机制和药理学作用研究的较为理想的手段 。
