二磷酸果糖抗心肌缺血作用

摘要 综述二磷酸果糖 (FDP)在抗心肌缺血方面的研究进展情况。FDP在实验研究及临床上均显示出抗心肌缺血作用 ,机制涉及改善心肌能量代谢、纠正缺血性代谢紊乱、减少组织过氧化、抑制心律失常和抗血小板凝聚等作用。FDP的抗心肌缺血作用受到广泛重视 ,显示出良好的研究前景。
