摘要
目的 对 392例前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的患者 ,根据不同个体 ,采取不同的治疗护理方法。方法 轻型膀胱痉挛患者 ,采取心理疏导、超短波治疗 ;中、重型膀胱痉挛患者 ,采用硬膜外腔注射吗啡 ,自控镇痛泵和药物治疗。结果 均取得了较好的解痉、镇痛效果。结论 对中、重型膀胱痉挛的患者 ,在综合治疗的基础上 。
Objective\ 392 patients who accepted prostatectomy suffered bladder spasm.According to the different degree of the agony,different treatment and nursing were adopted.Methods\ If the symptom was mild,psychological and ultrashort wave therapy were exploited.If the symptom was moderate or severe the injection of morphine into epidural space,patient-controlled analgesia or analgesics were used.Results\ All the effects were satisfied.Conclusion\ It is satisfied that all effects of drug therapies based on comprehensive treatment for patients with moderat or severe symptoms.
